A Blast From the Past!
This is a test of the JVC Mini-DV camcorder that I made over a decade ago demonstrating the 480 x 320 (or half) SD video quality afforded by these very early digital hand-held examples. You will note that the aliasing (tendency for the image to break up into horizontal lines) is quite pronounced. But at the time, this was the best image quality for such a small and light package, possible, MSRP = $599.95 at The Sharper Image or Hamachaker Schlemer of the time.
On a side note, this video is of a much loved and missed Golden Labrador Retriever, but in this case - I think he missed his bone. :-)
